CU*BASE Query: Q-Member Survey

This Query is used to display all recorded responses to your CU*BASE Member Survey questions.

The report will be sorted by member account base first, then by question number. The following fields will be displayed in this Query:

Member Account Base
Question Number
Question Description
Answer Code
Answer Description
Member First Name, Last Name

If you wish to create a custom Query of your survey responses, use the following CU*BASE files (combine with the MASTER file if you wish to see member name or other member details):

· MSR - contains all survey responses recorded for individual members

· MSA - contains descriptions for all configured answer codes

· MSQ - contains descriptions for all configured survey questions

· MSGRP - contains the list of question number ranges used by the survey groups
