Access this screen by selecting Go! in front of "A2A account relationships (add, modify, or remove relationships)" on the Member Personal Banker screen.
Use “Just Turn it On” and have CU*Answers Management Services drive the implementation of this feature from start to finish. We’ll even do the work to get your Board, your management team, and your staff on board and ready to take over once the switch has been flipped. Learn more in the Just Turn it On Brochure.
For more information about Account-to-Account Relationships check out the manual, A2A Transfers: Transfers to and from other Financial Institutions. (NOTE: A PDF version of this booklet will open.)
This screen lists the account relationships that the member has set up with the credit union so that he or she can make Account-to-Account (A2A) transfers. A2A transfers are transfers either to or from a member's account and an account at other financial institution. These relationships create the transfer control list which is used by credit union employees (in Phone Operator) or members (in It's Me 247) to make A2A transfers.
These relationships are set up so that no real financial information is shown in the transfer control list. This information, such as R&T numbers and account numbers are configured on the A2A Transfer Account Relationship Configuration screen, which is access either by using the Change or Display options (with an existing relationship) or by using Add (F6) (to create a new relationship).
NOTE: An A2A relationship cannot be deleted if the account associated with it is used by a scheduled Auto Funds Transfer (AFT).
