Access this screen by selecting a vendor on the previous screen and Select.

This second screen is used to record name, address and other contact information for the investment vendor, including up to 5 lines of miscellaneous comments about the vendor. Because this information can be quickly viewed while working on the investment detail screen, this is good place to record comments such as special procedures for working with this institution, board approval dates, instructions such as “always cross reference this broker’s data with ABC broker...”, a list of the types of investments this agent handles, etc.

When done, use Enter to save all changes and return to the previous screen.
