Access this screen when adding a new club or viewing an existing club on the entry screen.

This screen is used to add a club or view club parameters.  It shows the configuration necessary to set up Club Accounts for automated processing. Club Account parameters specify when the Club expires and how the transfer of Club Account funds should be handled.
