This is the seventh in a series of screens used to “capture” the data required to print on the Closing Disclosure. The data entered on this screen is printed in the Other Costs section on page 2 of the Closing Disclosure.

Homeowner’s Insurance Premium |
Enter the monthly amount, the number of months, and the total amount of homeowner's insurance premiums that are required in the initial escrow payment at closing |
Mortgage Insurance Premium |
Enter the monthly amount, the number of months, and the total amount of mortgage insurance premiums that are required in the initial escrow payment at closing |
Property Taxes |
Enter the monthly amount, the number of months, and the total amount of property taxes that are required in the initial escrow payment at closing |
Description | Enter a description and the payee of additional items to be included in the initial escrow payment at closing required for this loan request. Depending upon your forms provider’s exact layout up to 4 additional items can be disclosed |
Amount | Enter the amount of each additional escrow item. These amounts are rounded to the nearest dollar |
Aggregate adjustment | Enter the amount of the aggregate adjustment. This will always be entered as a negative number |
