UNSF2-02 NSF/Non-Return Fee Summary 2590 |
This screen appears when you use "Fee detail" on the previous NSF/Non-Return Fee Summary screen.
This screen shows NSF and non-return fee amounts charged by month. Notice the Process at the top of the screen showing the origin code selected on the previous screen. This shows whether the fees shown are NSF fees (i.e., the Process will read “REVERSED AS NSF”) or non-return/Courtesy Pay fees (i.e., the Process will read “POSTED BELOW AVAIL”).
If this screen was accessed via Tool 906, the screen will allow you to modify the total fee amount for each month. This may be necessary in cases where a fee was charged but later refunded to the member. (This statistical file is only updated when fees are charged, not when they are subsequently reversed or refunded via an account adjustment or transaction reversal.)
When done, use Enter to save the changes, or the backup arrow (F3) to return to the previous screen.
