“Fields Missing” Warning Message

This message appears when you enter a different file name on the Choose Files screen than was originally defined for your report.

The purpose of this screen is to list all of the fields from the file(s) you originally had selected, as a reminder that other areas of your report definition might have used those field names. You will need to check any of the report options you have already used on the Report Builder Main Menu (look for the > symbol in front of the item) and make sure the settings are correct and work the way you expect.
