Mobile Text Banking Fee Instructions
Access by using Instructions (F11) or by pressing Enter from the Mobile Text Banking Activation screen.
Include an introduction to your members that will explain the fees associated with your Mobile Text Banking offering.

Members will see these instructions above the schedule of Mobile Text Banking fees while enrolling in Mobile Text Banking. Enrolled members can text message requests and receive text message replies on the available balance on accounts of enrolled memberships at any time. They also can also select to have their e-Alerts, such as balance alerts, sent to their mobile devices in the form of a text message, giving them timely feedback when they their available funds drop below a desired level.

NOTE: Some states require that you notify members that "additional text banking fees may apply." Other states have additional requirements. Follow your credit union policies and procedures.
