CU*BASE Query: Audio Loan Request Inquiry

The Audio Loan Request Inquiry is used to view a list of members who have requested that a loan application be sent to them or that a loan officer call them, using the options available in the CU*TALK Audio Response phone system. This inquiry should be used on a regular basis to follow up on these member requests.
