CBX Query: Q-Closed Share (ACHIST1)

This Query is used to view information contained in the core “ACHIST1” file. This file stores information about closed share type accounts.

Access: Tool #220: Closed Share Accounts (ACHIST1)

Records will be grouped by sub-share dividend application type and branch. After each group, the system will show a total, average and count for all accounts within that group, with grand totals at the bottom of the report.

The following fields will be displayed in this Query:

Dividend Application
IRA (indicates whether or not the account was an IRA)
Branch Number
Account Base
Account Suffix
Current Balance
Accrued Dividend
Joint Owner #1 and #2
GL Account Number
Open Month, Open Day, Open Year
Closed Month, Closed Day, Closed Year
