CU*BASE Query: Q-Collections - Negative (COLL)

This Query is used to view information contained in the CU*BASE “COLL” file. This file stores collections information and this Query is designed to show all negative-balance (overdrawn) accounts.

Access: Tool #227: Collections (COLL) - Negative Accounts

Records will be sorted alphabetically by member name. A grand total and count will be shown at the bottom of the report.

The following fields will be displayed in this Query:

  • Member Name

  • Account Base

  • Account Suffix

  • Current Balance

  • Days Negative (Stale)

  • Branch Number

  • Last Contact Date

  • Last Transaction Date

  • Corporate ID

  • Status
