Access Membership Using Name

These steps explain how to access an open account (membership) when you don’t know the account number.

1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen

2. Use the Search fields to input your search criteria (first or last name, etc.).  

3. Click the forward arrow.

4. Select the desired membership account from the list.

5. Click Select this person.

6. Click the forward arrow to move past the Member Account Comments screen and any other pop-up screens that may appear.

7. View a listing of the member’s sub-accounts.

Note

To access another membership after completing the steps above, click New Account.
