Configure Merchant Category Code (MCC) Group from Master Group

These steps explain how to configure your own credit union-specific merchant category code (MCC) groups by copying a default master group.

  • These groups can be used for abnormal activity monitoring or card activity rebate programs.

  1. Launch Tool #1024 Configure Credit Union MCC Groups.

  2. Select Copy from Master List.

  3. Select the default group.

  4. Enter a New MCC group code. You may change the description.

  5. Select the group just created from the dashboard list and choose the Edit option.

  6. Select Add MCC Codes to This Group.

  7. Select any additional codes desired.

  8. Select Add.

  9. Select Add/Update.
