Create Cross-Sales Need Group
These steps explain how to create new need groups to be used in cross-sales.

Launch Tool #242 Configure Cross Selling Tools.

Click Add Need Group.

Enter the Corp ID, a new Need Group #, and a Description.

Click Group Tips to add a URL link or comments with helpful information about the need group. Click Save, then use the back arrow.

Use Enter to create the new need group.
