Delete a Comment

These steps explain how to delete a comment that appears in the Comments pop-up.

  1. Launch Phone Operator by clicking the phone icon on your home page. 

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

  4. In the Member Account Message Options pop-up, leave the selection at Leave message for other CU employees (Member Account Comments).

  5. Click the forward arrow.

  6. On the Member Account Comment Maintenance screen, select the comment you'd like to delete.

  7. Click Select.

  8. Click Delete.
