Find the Relationships a Member’s SSN has with Existing Accounts

The steps below explain how to find the relationships a member's SSN has with existing accounts, such as additional signer, joint owner, or beneficiary.

  1. Access Member Inquiry by clicking the magnifying glass icon on the home page.

  2. In the Search for other field, input the member’s SSN.

  3. Select any line item with the member’s SSN and select the Show only accounts for this SSN/TIN option.

    • This will limit the list to only the existing accounts this SSN appears on.

    • Note: Perform a separate query to find any additional signer relationships the member’s SSN has with pending loan requests as these won’t appear under Member Inquiry or through an SSN search in Tool #2.

  4. Note the full account number and relationship type for all accounts listed, except the member’s primary account which has the “Member (Individual)” Relationship.
