Forward Funds

These steps explain how to withdraw funds from one member’s account and forward them to another member's account.

  • If the funds forward process was not completed properly, the Teller Audit the forwarded funds will then be counted as Cash Out.

  • If an eReceipt appears after posting the transaction, have the member sign the signature pad. Then print and save the receipt.

  1. Launch Tool #1 Teller Line Posting.

  2. Enter your employee ID and password.

  3. Enter the member's account number.

  4. Enter the member's name ID if required.

  5. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Choose an Owner and/or Verify Member pop-ups.

  6. Enter the withdrawal amount in the appropriate Withdrawal Amount field.

  7. Click Bal Forward/New Member.

  8. Enter the account number and name ID, if required, that correspond to the account to which you'd like to forward funds.

  9. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Choose an Owner and/or the Verify Member pop-ups.

  10. Enter the deposit amount in the appropriate Deposit Amount field.

  11. Click Refresh Cash Back or click the forward arrow to confirm that the Cash back field is correct.  

    • This amount should be zero if you have only transferred money from one account to another.

  12. Click Post.

  13. Follow steps 7-12 to forward any remaining funds to additional members.
