Generate eReceipt

These steps explain how to generate an eReceipt.

  • Prior to completing the steps below, ensure you have logged into both ProDOC and your printer session.

  1. After performing a member transaction, click Post.

    • A ProDOC Signature Capture window will then appear displaying the transaction receipt.

  2. Ask the member to sign the electronic signature pad at your teller window.

    • After the member signs the signature pad, their signature will appear on the receipt in the Signature Capture window.

  3. Click Print to print the receipt for the member.

  4. Click Save to retain a copy of the receipt for your records.
