Make Teller/Vault Cash Transfers

These steps explain how to transfer money to and from teller drawers, branch vaults, supplemental vaults (including TCDs, TCRs and ATMs), and the bank.

• When transferring to and from a teller drawer, the teller drawer must be activated.

• Some types of transfers are not permissible, such as vault to vault.

1. Launch Tool #32 Teller/Vault Cash Transfers & Inquiry.

2. In the pop-up, select the From location.

3. Select the To location.

4. Click the forward arrow.

5. On the Teller/Vault Cash Transfers screen, enter the teller ID.

6. Enter the vault ID.

7. Enter the transfer amount.

8. Click the forward arrow.

9. Click Post.
