Make a Cash Deposit (Xpress Teller)

These steps explain how to make a cash deposit for a member.

  • Be sure to activate your drawer prior to following these steps.

  • If an eReceipt appears after posting the transaction, have the member sign the signature pad. Then print and save the receipt.

  1. Launch Tool #1600 Xpress Teller.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Use the forward arrow.

  4. Select the member you are working with and use Verify ID to verify the ID.

  5. Select Funds In.

  6. Enter the deposit amount in the Cash In Amount field.

  7. Select Deposits/Withdrawals.

  8. Enter the amount of the cash deposit in the appropriate row (by sub-account) in the Deposit Amount column.

    • Select an IRA HSA deposit code if depositing into an IRA/HSA account.

  9. Use the forward arrow to confirm that the Cash back field is correct.

  10. Select Post.
