Manually Update Loan Record with Credit Score

These steps explain how to manually update a loan record with a credit score.

• These steps are helpful in cases where you need to add a score for a joint owner or when you pull a report from another source and need to add the score to the loan record.

• Keep in mind that manually updating the loan record with a credit score does not update the credit score history.

1. Launch Tool #51 Miscellaneous Loan Maintenance.

2. Enter the loan account base and suffix on the Additional Loan Information Maintenance pop-up.

3. Click the forward arrow.

4. Check the Credit bureau link box on the Additional Loan Information Selection screen.

5. Click the forward arrow.

6. In the Link On-Line Credit Report to Loan pop-up, enter the Credit report # if it is available in the system.

   • If the report number is not available, simply leave the field as is (all zeros).

7. Click the forward arrow.

8. In the Report date field that appears, enter the date of the new score.

9. In the RISK score field, enter the updated score.

10. Click Update.
