Mark Address as Incorrect

These steps explain how to mark a member's address as incorrect in such a way that highlights the member information and prevents mailings to the member without actually changing the address.

1. Launch Tool #15 Update Membership Information.

2. Enter the member's account number.

3. Click the forward arrow.

4. Check the Incorrect address box.

5. Click the forward arrow.
