Mark Wire Completed

These steps explain how to mark a wire as completed.

  1. Launch Tool #981 Wire Transfer Tracking.

  2. In the Jump to account field, enter the account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

  4. In the Jump to date field, enter the date the wire occurred.

  5. Click the forward arrow.

  6. Select the outgoing wire.

  7. Choose the Complete option.

  8. Click the forward arrow on the screen that appears showing the details of the wire as it was originally posted.

  9. Enter the Employee ID under the Wire Completed heading.

  10. Enter the current date and time in the Date and Time fields.

    • This may automatically populate with the current date and time.

  11. Enter any necessary comments in the Comments/Reasons field.

  12. Click Save.
