These steps explain how to print loan coupons so that a member knows when their next loan payment is due and what address to send the payment to.

Launch Tool #657 Print Loan Coupons.

Enter the account number and loan suffix in the Account # field on the Loan Payment Coupon Printing pop-up.

Enter the first two letters of the member's last name in the Name ID field.

For business accounts, the name ID is the first two letters of the business name on the account.

Click the forward arrow.

Verify that all information is correct on the Print Loan Payment Coupons pop-up.
