Provide Roving Teller Access to Multiple Vaults

These steps explain how to provide a roving teller access to multiple vaults.

• This allows the roving teller, which is a teller who works at multiple branches, to access the vault that corresponds to the branch at which they're working.

• Once these steps have been completed, the vault at which the teller is working will be selected when the teller activates their teller drawer via Tool #1 Teller Line Posting.

• If the teller activates their drawer via Tool #33 Teller Drawer Control/Inquiry instead, the teller will need to select the appropriate vault in order to activate the drawer.

1. Launch Tool #327 CU*BASE Employee Security.

2. Select the ID of the teller for whom you'd like to provide vault access.

3. Click Employee Profile.

4. Click the Select button beside the Other authorized vaults field.

5. Select the vault to which you'd like the teller to have access.

   • Use the Control key to select multiple vaults.

6. Click Select.

7. Click the forward arrow.
