Reissue Credit Card PIN Without Card

These steps explain how to reissue a credit card PIN without reissuing a card.  

• These steps can be used if there is no name change or any other change to the emboss order.

1. Launch Tool #12 Update/Order Online Credit Cards.

2. Enter the member's account number on the Account/Card Lookup screen.

3. Click the forward arrow.

4. Select the card from the list.

5. Click Emboss Order/History.

6. Select the emboss pattern on the Emboss/Order History screen.

7. Click Reorder Same Pattern.

8. On the Order a Card: Choose Emboss Settings screen, uncheck the box that reads Send a new card to the member.

9. Check the box labeled Send a PIN mailer to the member.

10. Select either Issue a new PIN or Keep the existing PIN.  

11. Click the forward arrow.

12. Click Add/Update on the Confirm pop-up.
