Remove Freeze Status
These steps explain how to unfreeze a sub-account permanently (for more than one transaction).

Launch Tool #20 Update Account Information.

Enter the member's account number on the Sub-Account Maintenance pop-up.

Click the forward arrow.

Select the sub-account on the Existing Account Maintenance screen.

Click Select.

Select 0 = All activity allowed from the Freeze drop-down menu on the Account Information Update screen.

Click the forward arrow.
