Remove Limit for One-Time Transfers to Sub-Account
These steps explain how to remove a one-time transfer limit that was previously set up by your credit union so that the member is not limited as to how much they can transfer within their own account (between suffixes) at one time.
-
In order to complete these steps, PIB must first be activated for your credit union. Please contact a CU*Answers client service representative for assistance with activating PIB for your credit union.
-
Launch Tool #14 Member Personal Banker.
-
On the Member Personal Banker pop-up, enter the member's account number.
-
Click the forward arrow.
-
You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Reminders pop-up.
-
-
Check the box that reads Personal Internet Branch (enroll or change PIB settings).
-
Click the forward arrow.
-
Click the forward arrow again to move past the Email Address Maintenance pop-up.
-
Click the forward arrow again to move past the first Configure PIB Profile screen.
-
Enter nine 9s in the second Maximum Amount field under the Feature Limits in Whole Dollars heading.
-
If your credit union has configured a one-time A2A limit, placing all nines here does not override this limit. Whichever limit is lower, either the credit union's configured A2A transfer limit or the member's PIB security limit, will be the transfer limit used.
