Reprint Receipt via Phone Operator

These steps explain how to reprint a teller receipt created in the last 90 days using Phone Operator.

  1. On the initial Teller Posting Screen, enter your credentials and the Account # and select Phone Inquiry as the Process code.

    • Or you can access Phone Operator from the phone icon on the home page, input the account base, and use Enter.

  2. Double-click the account that the receipt was processed in.

  3. Select the transaction and select the receipt icon on the right to retrieve the e-receipt.

  4. Click Retrieve e-Receipt.
