Schedule Follow-Up for Collections Tracker

These steps explain how to schedule a follow-up for a Collections Tracker.

  • These steps are especially useful in cases of bankruptcy for which you'd like to verify that a Discharge of Debtor is received.

  1. Launch Phone Operator by clicking the phone icon at the top of your CU*BASE home screen.

  2. Enter the member's base account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Select the base savings (000) account.

  5. Click Inquiry.

  6. Click Tracker Review on the Member Account Inquiry screen.

  7. Select the Collections Tracker from the list on the Member Tracker Review screen.

    • If you don't see it, delete the "000" from the Account type box and enter "XX" in the Tracker type box and click the forward arrow.

  8. Click Update.

  9. Enter the desired memo code in the Memo type field.

  10. Enter the desired notes in the large box just below the Speaking to field.

  11. Click Save/Continue.

  12. Enter the desired date for the follow-up in the Follow-up date field on the Member Tracker Entry screen.

  13. Click the forward arrow.
