Search for Closed Membership

These steps explain how to search for closed memberships or closed sub-accounts.

1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon on your home screen.

2. Click View Closed Members.

3. Enter your search criteria on the Search for Closed Members screen.

4. Select the account from the list.

5. Click View Account Types.
