Send eStatement Email Notification

These steps explain how to send members an email notifying them that their eStatements are available for viewing.

  • These instructions apply only to clients who send their members an eStatement notification email themselves (as opposed to having the CU*Answers Operations team send the email for them).

  • Prior to sending the eStatement notification email, be sure the email text reads as desired. The text can be configured on the Member Connect Message Maintenance screen, accessible via Tool #262 Configure Monthly eStatement Emails.

  1. Click the Custom Tools button on your home screen.

  2. Select Send e-Stmt Email Notifications.

  3. Select Regular eStatements or Mortgage eStatements in the field labeled Notification type to send now on the Send eStatement Notification Emails pop-up.

  4. Click Process.

  5. Click Continue after verifying that you are sending the correct type of statement, either regular or mortgage statements.
