Send eStatement Email Notification
These steps explain how to send members an email notifying them that their eStatements are available for viewing.

These instructions apply only to clients who send their members an eStatement notification email themselves (as opposed to having the CU*Answers Operations team send the email for them).

Prior to sending the eStatement notification email, be sure the email text reads as desired. The text can be configured on the Member Connect Message Maintenance screen, accessible via Tool #262 Configure Monthly eStatement Emails.

Click the Custom Tools button on your home screen.

Select Send e-Stmt Email Notifications.

Select Regular eStatements or Mortgage eStatements in the field labeled Notification type to send now on the Send eStatement Notification Emails pop-up.

Click Process.

Click Continue after verifying that you are sending the correct type of statement, either regular or mortgage statements.
