Set Up Online Banking Transfers

These steps explain how to allow members to transfer to other accounts in online banking.

• This feature is used for members who have more than one membership such as a husband and wife who have separate accounts and also a joint account.

1. Launch Tool #883 Update ARU/Online Banking Transfer Ctrl.

2. In the ARU/Home Banking Transfer Control pop-up, enter the account to transfer from.

3. Click the forward arrow.

4. Click Add.

5. On the Audio Response Transfer Control screen, enter the other account this member is authorized to transfer to, and select which transfers are allowed.

6. Click Add/Update.  

7. Repeat steps 4-6 for all other accounts you wish to authorize this member to transfer to.
