Set or Change A2A Daily Transfer Limit

These steps explain how to limit the amount a member can transfer to other financial institutions in a single day in online banking.

  • These steps apply to credit unions that allow members to make transfers to and from other financial institutions in online banking using the A2A (account to account) transfer service.

  • In order to complete these steps, PIB must first be activated for your credit union. Please contact a CU*Answers client service representative for assistance with activating PIB for your credit union.

  1. Launch Tool #14 Member Personal Banker.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past any reminder screens that may pop-up.

  4. Check the box labeled Personal Internet Branch (enroll or change PIB settings).

  5. Click the forward arrow.

  6. Click the forward arrow again to move past the Email Address Maintenance pop-up after verifying the member's email address.

  7. Click the forward arrow again to move past the first Configure PIB Profile screen after verifying the information on this screen.

  8. Check the Manage Personal Information box under the Feature/Transaction heading on the second Configure PIB Profile screen.

  9. Enter the daily transaction limit under the Feature Limits in Whole Dollars in the third (per day) Maximum Amount field.

    • Enter the limit in whole dollars (i.e. 100 for a $100.00 limit).

  10. Click the forward arrow.

  11. Click Apply & Send.
