Stop Delinquency Notices from Printing

These steps explain how to stop delinquency notices from printing.

• Your credit union may want to prevent the printing of delinquency notices when, for example, a member is in bankruptcy.  

1. Launch Tool #20 Update Account Information.

2. On the Sub-Account Maintenance pop-up, enter the account number.

3. Click the forward arrow.

4. On the Existing Account Maintenance screen, select a loan account from the list.

5. Click Select.

6. On the Account Information Update screen, check the box labeled 'No delinquency notices printed.'

7. Click the forward arrow.
