Transfer Funds via Teller Processing

These steps explain how to use Teller Processing to transfer funds between a member's sub-accounts.

  • Be sure to activate your drawer prior to following these steps.

  • If an eReceipt appears after posting the transaction, have the member sign the signature pad. Then print and save the receipt.

  1. Launch Tool #1 Teller Line Posting.

  2. Enter your credentials, the account number, and name ID, if required.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

  4. Click the forward arrow again to move past the Verify Member pop-up and any other pop-ups that may appear.

  5. Enter the withdrawal amount in the appropriate Withdrawal Amount field.

  6. Enter a "T" in the Proc Code field in the same row.  

  7. Enter the deposit amount in the appropriate Deposit Amount field.

  8. Enter a "T" in the Proc Code field in the same row.

  9. Click the forward arrow or click the Refresh Cash Back button to confirm that the Cash Back field is correct.  

    • This amount should be zero if you have only transferred money from one account to another.

  10. Click Post.
