Turn Off Shared Branching Option

These steps explain how to turn off the shared branching option for an individual member.

• This is helpful in bankruptcy situations.

1. Launch Tool #15 Update Membership Information.

2. In the Membership Maintenance pop-up, enter the member's account number.

3. Click the forward arrow.

4. Click the forward arrow again to move past the first Update Membership screen.

5. On the second Update Membership screen, uncheck the Allow shared branch transactions box.

6. Click the forward arrow.
