Unenroll Member from eNotices
These steps explain how to unenroll a member from receiving eNotices.

Once the member is unenrolled, the member will resume receiving paper notices.

A member can also unenroll in eNotices in online banking by hovering over the Info Center button and then clicking eAlert Subscriptions.

Launch Tool #14 Member Personal Banker.

On the Member Personal Banker pop-up, enter the member's account number.

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Reminders pop-up.

Check the box labeled eAlerts/eNotices (subscribe or change settings; view eAlert history).

Click the forward arrow.

Select the eNotice type from the list.

Click Delete.

On the Confirm Delete pop-up, click Delete again to confirm.
