Update Consumer Information Indicator Code
These steps explain how to update the Consumer Information Indicator code to reflect bankruptcy filing.

Launch Tool #20 Update Account Information.

In the Sub-Account Maintenance pop-up, enter the member's account number.

Click the forward arrow.

On the Existing Account Maintenance screen, select the desired loan account.

Click Select.

On the Account Information Update screen, click the Credit Report Info button.

In the Consumer information indicator field on the Credit Bureau Reporting Information screen, enter the proper consumer information indicator code.

Click the forward arrow.
