Update Household Statistics to Indicate Bankruptcy
These steps explain how to update a member's household statistics to reflect a bankruptcy.

Launch Phone Operator by clicking the phone icon on your home screen.

Enter the member's account base.

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

Click the Household Stats button.

On the Household Members screen, click the member's name from the list.

Click Change.

On the Household: Address screen, click the Misc/Comments button.

On the Household: Miscellaneous screen, check the Bankruptcy box.

Click Save/Done.
