Update Household Statistics to Indicate Bankruptcy

These steps explain how to update a member's household statistics to reflect a bankruptcy.

  1. Launch Phone Operator by clicking the phone icon on your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account base.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Click the Household Stats button.

  5. On the Household Members screen, click the member's name from the list.

  6. Click Change.

  7. On the Household: Address screen, click the Misc/Comments button.

  8. On the Household: Miscellaneous screen, check the Bankruptcy box.

  9. Click Save/Done.
