Use Deposit Calculator

These steps explain how to use the Deposit Calculator to determine the amount available for deposit based on the member's desired cash back.

• Be sure to activate your drawer prior to following these steps.

1. Launch Tool #1 Teller Line Posting.

2. Enter the account number.

3. Enter the name ID if required.

4. Click the forward arrow.

   • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Verify Member pop-up and any other pop-ups that may appear.

5. On the main teller posting screen, enter the funds in amount (i.e. amount of outside check, etc.).

6. Click the Deposit Calculator button.

7. Enter the desired Cash back.

8. Click the forward arrow.

   • The calculator will then indicate the amount available for deposit after subtracting the desired cash back from the total funds in.
