View ATM/Debit Card Exceptions

These steps explain how to view exceptions on ATM/debit cards.

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Click OTB/Cards.

  5. Click the lookup button beside ATM cards or Debit cards on the Cards/OTB Product Inquiry screen.

  6. Select the desired card on the ATM/Debit Card Maintenance screen.

  7. Click Activity.

  8. Click Show Exception on the Recorded Card Activity screen.
