View ATM/Debit Card Exceptions

These steps explain how to view exceptions on ATM/debit cards.

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon on your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Click OTB/Cards.

  5. Click the lookup button beside ATM cards or Debit cards on the Cards/OTB Product Inquiry screen.

  6. Select the desired card on the ATM/Debit Card Maintenance screen.

  7. Choose the Activity option.

  8. Click Show Exception on the Recorded Card Activity screen.
