View/Edit Employment and Reference Information

These steps explain how to view or edit a member's employment and reference information listed on a loan application.

  • Follow your credit union's fraud-prevention procedures to verify the member's identity prior to changing any personal information.

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Click Household Stats.

  5. Select an individual from the list.

  6. Click Change.

  7. On the Household: Address screen:

    • Click Employers/Income to view or edit employment information.

    • Click References to view or edit reference information.
