View Freeze Status

These steps explain how to view whether or not an account is frozen.

  • You can also find out if the account was previously frozen. Access CU*Spy and search for the LELOG report. Select a date range from the current day to the date of the transaction. Within the report, search for the account and look for the word FREEZE in the Field column.

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. If you see a number in the FRZ column, the corresponding sub-account is currently frozen.
