View Online Banking Confirmation Code
These steps explain how to view a member's online banking confirmation code that was previously set up by your credit union.
-
These steps are helpful in cases where a member has forgotten what their confirmation code is.
-
This code, which is an added security feature in online banking, is used for confirming online banking transactions such as transfers. For example, after a member makes a transfer, the final step to confirm the transfer is entering this code.
-
In order to complete these steps, PIB must first be activated for your credit union. Please contact a CU*Answers client service representative for assistance with activating PIB for your credit union.
