View Online Banking Enrollment Status
These steps explain how to determine if a member is enrolled in online banking.

Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen.

Enter the member's account number.

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

If the Online Banking button is dark orange (meaning it's not clickable), the member is not enrolled in online banking. If the button is medium orange (meaning the button is clickable), then the member is enrolled in online banking.
