View Online Banking Enrollment Status

These steps explain how to determine if a member is enrolled in online banking.

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon on your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number.  

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Click the Online Banking button.

  5. The Agreement accepted date will appear along with the Last logged in date.

    • If there are no dates listed, the member is not enrolled in online banking.

    • Other online banking service enrollments are also listed on this screen.
