View Online Banking Transfer Limits
These steps explain how to view a member's online banking transfer limits that were previously set up by your credit union.

These steps are helpful in cases where a member is getting a transaction-limit error message and is unable to transfer money in online banking.

In order to complete these steps, PIB must first be activated for your credit union. Please contact a CU*Answers client service representative for assistance with activating PIB for your credit union.

On the second Configure PIB Profile screen, at which you will arrive after following the steps below, the member's configured PIB security limits will be displayed under the heading Feature Limits in Whole Dollars.

Launch Phone Operator by clicking the phone icon on your home screen.

Enter the member's account number.

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

Click the Online Banking button.

Click PIB Settings in the Online Banking Member pop-up.

Click the forward arrow to move past the Email Address Maintenance pop-up.

Click the forward arrow again to move past the first Configure PIB Profile screen.
