View Pending ACH Transactions

These steps explain how to view a list of pending transactions for a particular member’s accounts.

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon on your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Click the lookup button below the ACH heading.

  5. Click the lookup button in the Pending column on the ACH Distribution Maintenance screen.

    • If there are pending transactions, the ACH Warehouse Inquiry screen will appear displaying a list of pending ACH transactions.

    • If there are no pending transactions, there will be no lookup button.
