View Pending ACH Transactions
These steps explain how to view a list of pending transactions for a particular member’s accounts.

Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon on your home screen.

Enter the member's account number.

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

Click the lookup button below the ACH heading.

Click the lookup button in the Pending column on the ACH Distribution Maintenance screen.

If there are pending transactions, the ACH Warehouse Inquiry screen will appear displaying a list of pending ACH transactions.

If there are no pending transactions, there will be no lookup button.
