View Pending ACH Transactions

These steps explain how to view a list of pending transactions for a particular member’s accounts.

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Click the Go! button below the ACH heading.

  5. Select an ACH Record on the ACH Distribution Maintenance screen.

  6. Click Pending.

    • If there are pending transactions, the ACH Warehouse Inquiry screen will appear displaying a list of pending ACH transactions.

    • If there are no pending transactions, nothing will happen when you click this button.
