View Text Banking Usage Stats

These steps explain how to generate the Text Banking Detail Stats Query to find out how many texts members are sending/receiving via It's Me 247 Text Banking.  

• This report lists totals for one-way texts (TXT) such as e-alerts and two-way texts (SMS) such as balance requests. It also lists a grand total of all texts.

1. Launch Tool #851 Text Banking Detail Stats (MOBMBRSTS).

2. Enter a start date for your report in the first field under the Criteria heading on the Select Records screen.

3. Enter an end date for your report in the second field under the Criteria heading.

4. Click the forward arrow.
