View Transaction Receipts in Online Banking

These steps explain how members enrolled in eStatements can access the Teller Receipt Analysis feature in It's Me 247 Online Banking in order to view their transaction receipts.

  • This feature allows members to view a summary of:

    • Cash in

    • Checks in

    • Miscellaneous receipts

    • Deposits

    • Withdrawals

    • Loan payments

    • Loan disbursements

  • This is a feature available via the CU*Spy vault. If you don't use the CU*Spy vault and you instead have your own Imaging Solutions server for eStatements, you might not have this feature set up. 

  1. Access your eStatement in online banking.

  2. Select the Teller Receipt Analysis tab.
